The following presentation is from a group project for my CRM & Omnichannel Strategies class at the Milano Fashion Institute. For simplicity, I have only included the slides that I have worked on for this presentation. The purpose of the assignment was to analyze the luxury outlet mall in Florence, The Mall by the Kering Group and create an omnichannel strategy to promote the resort. I decided to create a collaboration with the Sims 4 in order to appeal to Gen Z gamers staying at the resort. I designed the build in the Sims myself in the game. :)
